Chief Human Resources Officer
Do you want to shape and develop company culture while driving HR strategy and operations? Erik Thun AB, a family-owned shipping company based in Lidköping, is looking for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead personnel matters, recruitment, work environment initiatives, and policy development.
What you’ll do:
- Support managers in HR matters
- Oversee payroll administration
- Drive work environment and ESG initiatives
- Lead recruitment and competence development
What we’re looking for:
- HR education or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
- Experience in recruitment and employee development
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

Interim Head of Communications
Erik Thun AB is looking for an interim Head of Communications to lead and coordinate internal and external communication in line with the group’s goals and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive communication strategy and brand implementation
- Manage press, PR, and media relations
- Publish content (LinkedIn as main channel)
- Develop website structure and content
- Plan and execute customer and partner events
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in communication/PR, preferably B2B
- Excellent writing skills in Swedish and English
- Experience with press work, social media, and web
- Strong project management skills
