We work in an international market with customers from large global companies to small-scale local companies. Customer relations is our strength and bread and many of our business relationships go far back in time and are built on mutual respect. Code of Conduct
Our first priority is always the safety of life, secondly the environment and thirdly our assets. To ensure that we work to protect these things, we have our daily routines and work procedures outlined in our SMS/ISO. We also strive to work with continuously improvements – always getting better.
We aim to detect any irregularities within the organization, and anyone who observes such irregularities should be able to report them as an integral part of our continuous improvement efforts. By using the feedback portal, www.feedback.thun.se, also known as a whistle blower function, anyone can report such irregularities (including harassment or bullying), make a complaint, ask a question or make a suggestion for improvement, in accordance with the EU Directive on Whistle blower Protection/the Whistle blowing Act. The recipients of reported incidents are the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and the Chair of the Board of Directors.
